Today! 12 Noon Trafalgar Square, London  12 Noon  The Climate Camp 2009 on Blackheath was just getting underway when we rolled up there yesterday evening. Much of the media presence seemed to have dissipated after the initial launch didn’t result in a bloody battle a la G20. There were quite a few snappers around though, lugging kit.  Along with the digi I also took the Nikon F4S with the Nikkor 80-200/2.8 AFD loaded with Tri-X  I went along for a second day to the Tamil independence demonstration as it is getting more coverage now that it has brought Whitehall and Westminster to a standstill. There were thousands of people there. |
