I just realised one reason I like the Gralab so much… It goes backwards. Counter-clockwise. Counter-revolutionary. Other timers that I’ve used go clockwise but the numbers are reversed, ie 50 -> 40 -> 30 etc. The Gralab has the numbers in the correct orientation but the hands go backwards. Neat. So much in fact, I just had to write about it! It is one of the old models, there are no plastic switches, just chunky analogue levers.
