Category Archives: Camera Type I swear this wasn’t here yesterday. It is a tile stuck on the wall along Creekside and it isn’t that big.  Found boot  Is this Duplo or some bastard no-brand spawn? We had boxloads of this stuff when the children were smaller. They grew bigger and the bricks got smaller. Hello Lego.  Sorting through the archives. Brighton’s West Pier 1.75 years after the fire. Most of it has gone now. I’d not had a DSLR very long in 2004.  Stretching the point a bit (but there is a lampost in the background I didn’t realise quite how ‘clinical’ the Fujinon lens can be. I’ll have to think a bit more carefully about the exposure with FP4+. However, it makes an interesting juxtaposition with the previous post.  Narnia springs to mind but I loathe the allegorical, classist, sexist, quasi-religiosity so much I’ll have to wash my mouth out.  A friend recently discovered Sevendroog Castle when wandering round Jack Wood after a few spliffs. He couldn’t believe his eyes. It is such an extraordinary and unexpected folly because it is not really visible until you stumble upon it. At least not from the directions that we have approached it. It is at the top... |
