 Let me have my Lee Friedlander moment… Self portrait: Friedlander produced a brilliant book of photographs in 1970 titled “Self Portrait”. Most of the images are intrusions of himself into photographs he took during the 1960′s. Intrusion is probably the correct word, accidental they are not (for the most part).  Spent a sunny(ish) day with Lobster Boy walking round the Greenwich peninsular. An unusual amount of bizarrely placed chairs and even a sofa presented themselves, together with knee-deep quantities of rubbish on the shore. Used the Bessa with the Leitz Summitar 50/2. Could have done with a wider lens and the Summitar is prone to…

 I went to support the people of Gaza at a rally in Trafalgar Square. Hopefully also to get some images of the protest in circulation since there seemed to absolutely no coverage in the mainstream media despite the presence of snappers and news crews in the press area (not very many though, to be sure)….
